The ETA is once again an award-winning participant in the TCI National Transportation Week competition.  NTW Houston won first place in the nation again this year at the Transportation Clubs International conference in Chattanooga, TN in September.  On Friday, December 11, 2009, Russell Powell accepted the award from TCI President Denny Tam at the annual HTPA Christmas Luncheon.
